Michael was born in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University and was a member of the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets and Fightin' Texas Aggie Band. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2002 and also practices in the U.S. District Court of Southern District of Texas.

Michael handles complex civil litigation and is dedicated to aggressively defending his clients in the courtroom. He has successfully defended his clients in cases ranging from medical malpractice to premise liability, construction defects, real estate disputes and automobile liability. Michael has practiced throughout the Rio Grande Valley and is confident in his ability to defend his clients' cases to South Texas juries.
